Our Viewing Process

  • We handle all communication with landlords or letting agents, scheduling optimal viewing times and asking preliminary questions based on your concerns.

  • Depending on the property owner's permissions, we provide:

    • Live video calls where you can direct our viewing in real-time

    • Comprehensive video recordings capturing every aspect of the property

    • Detailed photography focusing on both highlights and potential concerns

  • Our team conducts a methodical evaluation of each property using our standardized criteria while also addressing your specific priorities.
