Viewing Only

Student Accommodation Viewing

Photos on Private Student Accommodation website often look beautiful and luxurious. But in most cases a lot of them have many issues hidden such as unavoidable cost, horrible beds, £5+ laundry wash, leaking bathrooms etc.

We will view the room for you and tell you want we think using our past experiences to make sure you choose the right place without being stuck in a long term contract with no refunds.

A Message From The Founder

My name is Lucan and I use to be an international student but now I have been living in the UK for over a decade. When I moved from school to University and from University to a working professional. I discovered one of the great challenges in my adult life. Finding a place you can call home from a different city is super expensive, extremely time consuming and stressful. Just think of the UK train prices and cost of hotels.

I created LuxFin Properties to help students and professionals to find a place called “Home” without the high cost, stress and time while also knowing that the properties we deliver will be fantastic, reliable and trustworthy. As I too really truly believe the importance of a lovely home in a good area. Thank you for considering us and putting your trust in us.
